exports the TCP-MIB metrics via an agentx compatible

daemon by connecting to path.
Metrics can be found under the tcp subtree

is omitted it will default to

.Ar Context
is the SNMPv3 context and can usually be omitted.

On servers with many open sockets the results can be cached by setting the
.Ar cachetime
in seconds.
This is set to 0

by default.
